Anna Chrzan is a Chartered Physiotherapist graduated from Medical University of Warsaw in 2006 where she obtained Masters (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy (5 years full time course). She then studied Traditional Chinese Acupuncture for 3 years and obtained a Licentiate and then Diploma from Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She also completed a number of postgraduate courses in Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal physiotherapy techniques, Medical Pilates, Spinal Mobilization. She became a Medical Lymphatic Drainage therapist in Leduc method.

Anna has extensive work experience in the area of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Women’s Health. She has been working in community setting, private practices and Maternity Hospital in Dublin. In 2014 she opened her own physiotherapy practice where she combines hands-on physiotherapy techniques with health education, acupuncture, Pilates, therapeutic massage and many other manual techniques.

She takes special interest in pregnancy induced Pelvic Girdle Pain, Muscle overuse syndrome, headaches and Holistic health.
She is a member of Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association.

Privately she has passion for nature, animals and experimental cooking.
