I want to tell you a secret… You can be healthy, beautiful and in great shape. It’s all possible, but there is no miracle pill! There is no miracle diet! There is no miracle way of getting healthy and in shape!
Rather, it’s a journey and before you take your first step you have to make a conscious decision about how are you going to feel. We make that decision each time we are too lazy to go outdoors and each time when we put junk food into our mouth or have one too many drinks. It all causes chronic fatigue, belly fat and can even lower our mood. Yes, a balanced diet and movement can make a huge difference to your life.

It’s not about killing yourself with an exercise routine, which you hate, while eating only salad, like a rabbit, for a week and then getting fed up with the whole thing and going back to the comfort of the couch. At first, just take a moment to think about where you are and what you would like to improve in your life. You can get there! The only thing that can stop you is yourself!
It’s all about the small steps which we take everyday to achieve our ideal balance.
The most important thing, for us, is having the right motivation. Every time you say “Yes!” to one thing, you say “No!” to the other.

So, my advice to you is to make your health your priority.
Just think of the steps you can take… Start to go outdoors more often to wallow in the sun and fresh air. A brief walk, cycle or jog will make a huge difference to your well being .Find people who enjoy the same type of activity. It will be easier to stick to it, then. Improve your knowledge about different aspects of your health.
Get more vegetables into your diet, and I’m not just talking about potatoes. Cut down on dairy produce and, especially, on sugar as it can be the reason behind your tiredness and mood swings. You will feel lighter and more alert within a week. Don’t diet, change your lifestyle instead.
Measure the improvement (e.g. 30 mins. of exercise four times a week etc.). Be proud of yourself and get a palpable reward for your actions! Remember, as a wise man once said, “A journey of 10,000 miles begins with the first step.”

Find the power within yourself! It’s there, waiting to be unleashed!
